Renting a HUGE studio, fully equipped and furnished - Lower East Side apartment for the prime holiday period of December 21 (flexible) – January 2 (flexible). Will also consider renting for a longer period.
Apartment Details:
Clean and comfortable huge studio for 1 person or a quiet couple. Separate living room, kitchen and bedroom. It is a studio but big enough to have separate spaces and bigger than many 1 bedroom apartment! Really cool place. The apartment is on the 5th floor of a tenement walkup building (that means the bathtub is in kitchen - very quaint!) that has a lot of character with its hard wood floors and exposed roof beams. There is a spacious and well equipped kitchen with a big counter top, comfortable living room with new couch, desk, lighting dimmers, and bedroom with queen size bed. Lots of natural light (1 window in the bathroom, 2 windows in the kitchen, 1 window in the bedroom, 2 windows in the living room). The apartment has DSL/Cable TV, 32-inch screen TV, DVD player, stereo set up. Plenty of closet space. Linens and sheets provided if needed. The apartment is non-smoking.
Location:
The location is right in the heart of the Lower East Side with access to the neighborhood’s many restaurants, bars, boutiques, music venues, nightlife, a walk over the Williamsburg bridge and the new Whole Foods! A 10-minute walk to SoHo, Nolita, East Village, Chinatown, Little Italy, etc. The apartment is 2 blocks from the following trains: F, V, J, M, Z; within 10-minute walk to the: V, B, D, 6, N, R, W trains.
Cost:
The rent is $2200 for Dec. 21st-January 2nd OR $250/night (5 nights minimum) + refundable security deposit ($500). All utilities included (electricity, gas, DSL, cable).
Looking for someone (quiet, no parties). We are quiet people so we want the same while we're not staying in the apartment. No children. No pets.
